We have years of experience resolving disputes as attorneys, mediators, and even law school professors in a wide range of legal practice areas, but we specialize in dealing with disputes involving HOA's, Community Associations, and Managed Properties. 

Our team has an in-depth understanding of the complex problems that can arise when large groups of people live in close proximity, including: politics, personal grievances, vendor/contractor issues, and misinterpretations of CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Policies & Procedures, Resident Handbooks, Architectural Guidelines, and laws.

Jon's background includes extensive experience mediating disputes as well as representing individuals, corporations, and public entities in litigation and pre-litigation in a wide variety of practice areas. Also, as a former prosecutor for one of the largest municipalities in California, Jon has significant experience as a trial attorney and appellate advocate representing public entities and individuals. 

Jon is currently an adjunct lecturer at the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University where he coaches trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and mediation competition teams. He also serves on the Riverside Superior Court Mediation Panel. 

Prior to law school, Jon served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry rifleman in Suicide Charley, 1st Battalion, 7th Marines. When he's not finding innovative and creative solutions to conflicts and disputes he enjoys fishing, sporting clays, and tinkering in his garage.
